True to its environmental commitment, COPATE COOP-CA organised a major reforestation day involving hundreds of members and young volunteers.
In total, 5,000 forest and fruit tree seedlings were planted around the cocoa plots. This agroforestry approach improves shade for cocoa trees, restores soils and strengthens biodiversity.
